Agricole Selvi is the brainchild of Andrea Falorni, who wanted to continue the tradition of his family that has been in the wine business for 4 generations.
The Agricole Selvi winery was founded in 2006 and 2012, Andrea Falorni takes over and turns it into a modern, dynamic company that produces and bottled wines to be offered to its customers.
In 2014 there is an important breakthrough; Andrea knows Piergiorgio Castellani, owner of the homonymous Group: La Castellani Spa is a leading company in the wine world for over 130 years, has historically been distinguished by the great pioneering activity on foreign markets, and has become one of the most renowned Italian wineries, known all over the world; exporting its wines to 50 countries on 5 continents.
Piergiorgio has the desire to enter the national market (a market in which Agricole Selvi is a leader) and Andrea sees in Piergiorgio’s company the right partner to whom he can entrust the entire production and which would allow him to make an important step forward under the qualitative and quantitative view (The Castellani group produces and bottles over 25,000,000 bottles a year).
Thus they conclude an important partnership, for the distribution (on one side) and production (on the other) of all their wines for the national market.
The project is immediately winning: to date, we supply the major national companies, both in the GDO channel and Horeca buying groups, with wines under our brand but often also with exclusive brand projects.
Finally, to complete its already rich range, Agricole Selvi also needed to have wines from Campania; has thus become a partner in a splendid winery in the heart of the Avellinese area, where the most representative wines of this beautiful region are produced.
