The Pancrazio family has been processing tomato products since 1930 when it established its plant in Cava de Tirreni, a small town in the Salerno area. Its founder, Annibale Pancrazio, started processing peeled tomatoes and tomato paste, and also producing empty cans for his own needs. Today, the company is one of the oldest processers of tomatoes and their derivatives, boiled pulses in brine and sauces.
