The Grottarossa Vini company was founded in 1992. The production area is located between the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and the Colli Nisseni around Caltanissetta. This specific territory produces excellent Sicilian wines. The wines are an expression of this excellent territory. The fertile limestone soils of medium texture, are ideal for planting a variety of local and foreign grapes, the unique land fertility guarantees the uniqueness of the wines.

Produced from vines wihin South central Sicily Agrigento – Caltanisetta Matured in stainless steel, and then aged in bottle for 3months. Intense ruby red. Aromas of cherry, blackberry and raspberry. Smooth, with a good structure. Pleasant freshness with a long, persistent, aromatic finish.
