Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle where the wine rests for 24 months. Bright straw yellow with intense fine and persistent perlage. Well marked hints of ripe fruits which give armatic harmonay and sweetness. Fresh, dry, with a soft, flavoursome and persistent finish.
